take off your fuel rails and take off your coil packs and make sure you have alot of patience and the right tools cuz it will take you awhile to change all eight especially the driver side

The speed sensor is mounted in the top of the rear differential on a 1999 F150. Remove the wires, then unbolt the sensor to remove it.
OOPS! The cam sensor is on the front of the head, where it's safe and where you can change it easily !
