No
The word Mexican refereed to citizens of the Mesoamerican Mexica Empire. As Mexico is now a country, anybody can become Mexican by having citizenship with Mexico. (Chinese, Arab, french, spanish, ethiopian, etc) Many stupid Americans get confused though and call their foods Hispanic (of Spain), or Latino (of latin based language).
This is no more accurate then calling an African American an Englishman, or a Filipino a Spaniard.
Also, humans do not have races. As a scientist, human beings only have separate breeds, with less diversity then even our pets. The only ones who use the term are racists (people who believe in the social construct of race), those ignorant to the meaning, or those intentionally bent on spreading misinformation.
This is a very touchy question.
Technically, there is only one "race" for Latin America, which is "Latino/a". But some people question being Mexican or Spanish a "race".
Well it depends. If they are solely of Spanish decent and are from Mexico, then they are white. If they are decents of both Aztec, Native Mexicans, and Spanish then they a mix.
Of white European (Galician) descent. She is part of the 9-17% of white Mexicans with such characteristics.
You are a Mexican-American. Mexican is a nationality, not a race, so you could be asking something on the lines of what do you get if you mix Charlie Sheen (of Mexican origin) and Ming Na (of Chinese origin), being the case that both are Americans? If you mean white and mestizo, which is the ethnicity of most Mexicans, you have someone with 3/4 white traits and 1/4 Native American.
White,caucasian

white
No Mexican is a nationality, the race of most Mexicans is white do to the fat that most are descendents of Spanish colonist. Though most Mexicans are mestizos or of mixed of both natives of Mexico (Aztecs, Mayans, etc.) and Spanish which is why most Mexicans have Spanish last names like Gutierrez, Gonzales, Ramirez, Salinas, etc.. There are a few black Mexicans because the Spanish brought some slaves with them when they conquered Mexico. Mexicans also chose on their own to classify themselves as "Latin" or "Hispanic" to change their status from basic white as they had always been classified, to their own "Latin" feel. This also shows the world that there is more to life than just being "white" or any race. It may have been seen as an insult to the so called "white" that the Mexicans did not want to be considered general "White" but that is not the intention. Every person is their own custom "race" for that matter. No two people are alike
Mexicans where still there but there was little of that race there
Mexicans
go to us census and you will see that there are techinically many who consider themselves "white" but do not look "white" like under the white race= mexicans, middle eastern etc...
They weren't, ever. They were called 'Hispanics', denoting the 'not white' status. Mexicans also chose on their own to classify themselves as "Latin" or "Hispanic" to change their status from basic white as they had always been classified, to their own "Latin" feel. This is good in a way because it shows the world that there is more to life than just being "white" or any race. It may have been seen as an insult to the so called "white" that the Mexicans did not want to be considered general "White" but that is not the intention. Every person is their own custom "race" for that matter. No two people are alike
any race can be a mason
everyone loves white girls shutup cuz it doesn't matter what race you are. There are ugly white girls just like there are ugly Mexican girls so get over yourself.
Race is not a factor in polygamy.

they where red grenn and white

They are neither; Mexican is a nationality. However, the terms Hispanic, Latino or Latina are commonly used when referring to Mexicans and other Latin American nationalities by race.
