I don't think so. They are supposed to have a police escort if their car is in storage on your property. If police have to have a warrant to come on to your property, what makes the repo man think they have more territorial rights than the police? I just had to answer because that repo man is wrong and thinks he's above the law! I hope you documented everything and have witnesses because you might have a lawsuit against them. Julie
