Actually... Depending on the conviction and how long ago it happened will depend if you can possess a CG credential. Each crime has an accessment period from the date convicted, prohbation ended or you were released from being incarcirated.
Always a great idea to get help when applying for your first time. 95% of mariners applying for their first time will receive a kickback letter or will be denied for a fraudulent application.

The girls that run the service both work for various CG Regional Exam Centers and know what it takes to get your application in and get the mariner issued in a timely manner. They can help get your Physical/Drug Testing set up, schedule for fingerprints and oath, and they will even get all documents for you if you have misplaced yours (original birth certificates, court documents, etc).
