From: katanatac- The answer is no. Unless the Officer's Agency has entered into a "mutual aid" agreement. An example of this would be a Campus Police Agency and the City Police Agency signing an agreement which then would allow the Campus Police to have the same jurisdiction as the City Police. However, most of the Campus Police Chiefs would only want their Officers to enforce State or Local law off of the Campus in only the most extreme cases because of legal problems that could arise (law suits!!) Hope this helps.

Why on earth do you want to give him/her a different name to that of his/her parents? The mere thought defies sane logic!

The Slave's were given freedom, but only in the South, where in reality, Lincoln had no Jurisdiction. All slave's were given the right to join the Military.
The answer depends upon the jurisdiction that issued the ticket. The court listed on the citation should be able to give you the answer.
Only if you are on a state or federal reservation or Park where their jurisdiction allows.
A DOT officer is still a law enforcement officer, and has the jurisdiction to give traffic citations.
Yes. I think the county has to give the permission ( mine did) and when they do they can give a ticket anywhere on any road in the county.
no!? did your mail man give you a ticket? only police can give tickets
Only for work to be performed within their city.
the police will give you a ticket or give you a warning the police will give you a ticket or give you a warning
Go To a JB Concert And Give The Ticket To Him And He Will Give You A Gift
If it's illegal in the state of the ticketing officer, yes!
Absolutely not ! No matter which country you're in - if the officer is off-duty - they're just another civilian, with no more jurisdiction to issue parking tickets than you or I. However they can make a note of your violation and either pass your details on or process your violation citation/ticket when they are back on duty.
If the case involves a question of federal law, or if the federal court has diversity jurisdiction (parties reside in different states and minimum amount in dispute.)
maybe its the s.s. ticket
