Call City Hall Plumbing dept. and ask them. Has the Gen. Cont. pulled a permit for the plumbing? I'd watch it, before you have to call in Mike Holmes. I've seen on TV what these plumbers in Ontario do. Like asking the Maple Leafs to come over and do your plumbing. NOT!!!
