No. To activate a spell card from hand, there must be a slot available on the field. The card is activated and is placed face-up in the S/T zone, even if it will be going straight to the graveyard when the chain resolves.

Then you shuffle that monster, and all the cards in your hand, into your deck. Then you draw as many cards as you had in your hand previously, so if you shuffled three cards in, then you draw 3 card (note the monster you shuffled in does not count towards this). If somehow you have an opponent's card in hand, through Amazoness Chain Master or Exchange, then Monster Recovery cannot be activated.

No, you cannot activate Quick Play Spell Cards directly from your hand. They must be set on the field first and can then be activated during your turn or your opponent's turn. However, some effects or specific card interactions might allow for unique situations regarding their activation.

No, unless an effect specifically says otherwise, the Synchro Components must all be face-up on your side of the field. Eccentric Boy is a Tuner who when used as a Synchro Component, the other monster is one monster from your hand.
If you summon Elemental Hero Bubbleman can you draw two cards when you have no cards on the field but you have a few cards in your hand?
Elemental Hero Bubbleman says 'you can' special summon this card through his own effect. However that doesn't mean you can't Normal Summon or Set him either, or Special Summon him through other sources, like Monster Reborn.
