Why would he need a gun? The repo man has the right to seize your vehicle if you are behind on the payments and have not worked out a new payment schedule with the lender. Perhaps you acted like a knucklehead when the repossessor showed up. Did you threaten the repossessor with violence? Did you point a gun at him? Anyone may carry a loaded gun in West Virginia, so long as it is not concealed. Perhaps the repossessor carries a holstered gun for his own protection. That is not the same as taking your car at gunpoint. People who take your car at gunpoint without legal authorization from a lender are called thieves -- just like people who borrow money to buy a car and fail to pay it back.
A "repo man" can take your car no matter what. If your purse is in the car, they can take it. You will probably be called with the information on how to get your personal effects.
A long time if you hide it well!
Unfortunately, yes.
if you are late 15 days on your payment they can take your car away.
Chances are the cops at the gate will escort the repo man to your car and let them take it.
Maybe the repo man was after something other than your car. Or, maybe the person was there to serve you with some papers.
The repo man will not care if your car has insurance or not. If you haven't been paying for your car, the finance company or bank will take their car back.
IF the loan is in DEFAULT that has the car as collateral AND the LENDER issues a repo order, YES, the repo man can take the car from a 3rd party in possession.
Not really, but a a repo man can with the right paper work scan and check come on to the base and take the car.
i think its about 3 0r 4 months then they will call and ask you where can they pick up the car
No they cannot but that does not mean repo morons won't try.If you have any doubts call the Police Immediately !!!!
No, they take it out and take it to an animal shelter.
