It should, I believe dx and lx engines are the same 90-93, the EX engines where slightly different same block different intake manifold, some of the early fourth generation(90-93) accords had external coils while the later ones(like my 93) had internal coil. just use wichever distributor will fit your wiring harness.
also the EX manifold might fit the lx wiring harness, you would have to look at a wiring diagram. the EX manifold increases Horsepower.
i did an engine swap with my 92 accord ex for a 91 accord ex and it fit perfect other than the coil i just have to zip tie it to something so it doesnt bang around. but i dont know about your lx
