There are a lot of abs exercise that give you a six pack. One good excerise is the bicycle situps.
NO! 6 pack of rolls ben willits
Six pack takes approximately 6 weeks, and lots of determination. I can recommend doing sit ups, reverse crunches, seated abdominal crunches, oblique abdominal crunches, or trunk rotations. Like they say, no pain, no gain. If you feel the burn you are getting results =) Also if you have some body fat, try to eat healthy and cut down on snacks.

6 packs are made in the kitchen, not the gym, before you worry about specific core workouts for your 6 pack, worry about your diet, without a clean diet, that layer of fat will continue to cover your 6 pack no matter how many crunches you do. That being said, some very useful core exercises include: Weighted crunches (increase the resistance, not the repetitions of an exercise) Decline situps Bicycle kicks Dragon Flags (warning: a very advanced movement) Hanging Leg raises
I'm 12 years old and I do crunches on my couch, squats (about 200-300) every night, I do leg raises for a long time, and I run about 3 to 4 miles each day. I have a 6 pack that make all the ladies scream OMG!!!! I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU!!! CAN I TOUCH IT!!! And trust me that makes you feel really good, if you know what i mean.
Farm labor. Alternately, situps and crunches in varying positions. If you tend to be... not skinny, you may have to take measures to minimize that situation as well. Whatever the case, good nutrition is a must to develop muscle definition.
Depents on your fat ratio. If you have no fat at all they will show after a week (like 50 crunches a day) if you have more fat you will get the abs but they wont show until the fat is gone.
