Yes Diet Soda can stunt your growth. (Any soda is included in this answer)

The reason being is because soda has a lot carbohydrates, and when your body takes in too much, it starts eating away at your bones.

However, a soda per week will no affect much of your bones, but drinking very often will affect it much.

Remember, if you drink soda, you have to a lot milk for calcium to obtain the loss of bone from the soda
