in the back of the glove box, should be a handle to pull.
Undo the power wires, remove the cover bolts and pull out.

There is a 'T' handle in the glove box, pull it and the hood will pop open. Release the safety catch under the hood in the middle and the hood will fold back to the windshield rubber stopper.
20 thousandths of an inch will suffice. Fairly forgiving ..........loosen the coil and place a standard business card between flywheel and coil. Allow magnetic force from flywheel to pull together and sandwich card between flywheel and coil. Tighten coil. This will work fine.
The coil pack is located on the right hand side of the truck. Remove the right tire and pull back on the plastic cover closest to the motor.
What engine do you have in your vehicle? If it is a 1.8T, your coil packs are on the very top of the motor. There are 4, one for each cylinder. Once you pull the plastic engine cover off (if you still have it) you cant miss the coil packs.
If you can't see it most likely the yellow handle has been broken of it. Look forremainingyellow plastic on top left of motor. Use pliers with a rag to pull it out.

On the stock steering wheel the triangle shaped horn cover in the center just pulls off the front. There are plastic 'plugs' that squeeze into rubber 'donuts' behind the horn cover, so just pull it off!
