I am a member of the etools on weight watchers and if you go into the recipe builder and add fiber sure it does reduce the point value, but only 4 of the fiber points counts. I add it to my lowfat salad dressing to reduce the points. I am going to a meeting on Friday and I will double check to see. I was researching myself this week when I cam accross the question.
