i have a 2006 dodge ram 4x4 i keep blowing my rack n pinion ,i haved replaced both power steering pump and rack with new it blows the seals
the rack seals are worn and the rack must be replaced.
Replace the whole rack, it would take speical tools to replace seals
generally this means that the seals are worn and either need to be replaced or could be more cost efficient to replace then entire unit.
You can tell that the rack in opinion steering is bad when there is excessive play in the steering will. You might also feel a shimmy in the steering wheel.
most likely blown seals or seized valves in the steering rack.

1992 Lexus ls400 no power steering replaced power steering rack because it was leaking but it had p/s.thought it was the rack so replaced agin no luck,replaced the p/s pump still no p/s.
The best way is to replaced the entire rack assembly.
If you have rack and pinion steering, the steering gear will need replaced.
rack may be worn out and need to be replaced Power steering belt may be slipping and not turning pump fast enough Power steering pump may be bad
Probably the rack and pinion needs to be replaced.
