Simple answer is YES you can bring a new Banshee across the Canadian Border to the United States. However, keep in mind that in order to do so, the Banshee would have to be titled to another person, residing in Canada first. Unless of course you decided to take up residency in Canada for a period of time. Once you crossed over to the United States, you can register the title into your name.
One more important note is that you will NOT be able to obtain insurance on a Yamaha Banshee in the United States after the production year of 2006. If this is not of importance to you, then by all means have at it.
