Remove the instrument cluster and take it to a speedometer repair shop. They'll fix the speedo and you can reinstall the whole cluster. Or, do a search on the internet for speedometer or instrument cluster repair. There are several sites that do this. Rick I'm a retired ASE Master/L-1 Technician. Seriously, anyone likely to have the necessary information to answer this question isn't likely to answer it as they'll think you're a bad person who needs to be spanked. Just try it and see if it works, or don't and cry about it. Puto el que lo escribio

Find the speedometer cable at the rear of the transmission and unscrew the collar. Use a screwdriver the pry the cable loose. Leave the cable hanging. Go to the Dashboard and gently pry out your instrument panel. This will take some time, be patient. When you get it out unscrew the speedometer cable from the rear of the instrument panel and pull the cable all the way out toward you. put in the new cable inserting it through the firewall and hook it up to the instrument panel. Put your instrument panel back in. Go under the car and hook it up back up to the transmission. That it!

Ok first off on my 1990 corolla there is no screws but i think i get what you are referring to. Ok my brake rotors if that's what you are talkin about are sandwiched in between two brak pads hel by a brake caliper most brake calipers have bolts that thread into the rotor and they are on the inside part of the hub closest to the engine bay area. but my car has two sets of bolts one for the brake calipers and one for the brakes themselves be careful and leave one brake together as reference when you reassemble the brakes when reinstalling everything. good luck :)
If you leave it in the sun for a long time it will change colors
