lol u can demand a new car but ur not going to get it i wish it was that easy cause if so i would be driving me a nice brand new car to lol but no u can't get a new car all they will do is maybe total ur car and give u the blue book price and tell u to get what u can wit that and most likely u can't get much for the blue book price of any car.
