AnswerDone properly, meditation involves letting go of your environment. You can not meditate while driving, because the concentration would keep you from a meditative state. Even if you could, it would be dangerous.

There are activities that you can participate in that allow a meditative state. These involve simple repetitive movements that can be done smoothly and easily - sanding, painting large flat areas, shoveling snow. Similarly activities in which you need to "become one with", such as Archery or stained glass making, can allow a meditative state.
