sure you can, you just need to get a 4 bbl. intake manifold for the 318-340 engine, edelbrock makes them and summit racing or jegs sells them.
fuel pump is the first place i would look
you have to turn key to position 2, there is a hole on the side of the casing the barrel slides into facing upwards. Press small Alan key into hole and press a button down and barrel should slide out.
try a parts store and see if they can order you one., other than that you will have to try an after market place.
Put them in place on the windshield where they should be and then press the arms onto the splines on the posts sticking out of the cowl panel.
It sure seems like fuel would be a good place to start.
Starting point is to check for fuel at the carburetor and spark at the plugs. Whichever one is not there will give you a place to start backtracking to find the problem
