No. A motorcycle and a car may never share the lanes for any period of time. You may share lanes with another motorcycle only if both parties are willing, and never more than two abreast.

That being said, I'm sure you could get away with it a few times before the Fuzz arrested you, impounded your bike, and performed a cavity search on you.
