There is no high side service port only a low side.
yes
I just got quoted $3,900 for a 2001 S60. I have a 1994 Volvo 850 non turbo automatic and i just got a quote of $2450 for a transmission rebuild from a reputable, quality shop.
The Volvo 850 does not have a non-interference engine. This means that if the timing belt breaks, then serious internal engine damage will inevitably occur.
114 for non-turbo about 160 for turbo
My 1994 (same as 1995) Volvo 850 with non turbo engine and automatic transmission gets about 11.0 L/100km in the city and about 9.5 L/100 km on the highway but those numbers are highly dependent on temperature and tires, not to mention my driving habits. But for budgeting purposes I use those numbers. My 1998 V70 with non turbo and 5sp actually does worse in the city, about 12.0 L/100 km but better on the highway at 7.8 L/100km. Once again this is highly variable. Mine, 94' 850 t5, says about 19 miles per Galon city/hwy, it use to be 21.
Non-turbo is 2.5 liters, glt/ low pressure turbo is 2.4 liters, R is 2.3 liters, I'm not sure about the t-5 but I would guess 2.3.
4 quarts in the non turbo so should be around the same
To replace the oil trap on your Volvo, please consult your owners manual. There should be a guide in there to help you with this repair.
That is the Fuel Injector relay and not the Fuel Pump relay. it's located in the fuse box (engine compatment)you will have to remove a cover once it's opened it's the relay # 103(it's a green relay).
if it's a turbo engine you should only use synthetic oil only!! if it's a non-turbo engine a conven. oil will do.
I get 26 around town and 39 on the highway in my 2001 s60 2.4 non turbo automatic
