Check the charge on the battery, it may be faulty even though its not old. If the battery is charged then the starter motor may be old, brushes wear out over time.
sounds like a flat battery
Sounds like the battery is too weak to turn the starter, or you have a bad battery terminal connection. Take the battery cables loose and clean them then re-attach. If it still doesnt start, charge the battery or take it to parts store to get it checked.
I'm sorry if this sounds silly, but did you put the battery in backwards?
I'm not a mechanic / technician but that sounds like your battery has a dead cell if your battery cable connections are good
Sounds like a short on one of the battery cells. Get the local tyre and battery shop to check the battery out
This is often from a dead battery.
Sounds like the battery has a dead cell
you should be able to start your jimmy up right after you install your new battery...if it doesnt, I would replace or clean your battery cable terminals and see if that works!
Sounds like you have a dead battery.
no if the car doesnt start check the battery and the alternator and the starter.
Sounds like a dead battery. Try charging the battery, then start.
sounds like the belt on alternator needs replacing/adjusting which means it ain't spinning the alternator rite so it doesnt "charge the battery and supply power for vehicle hence the slow starting
