yep sure it can. maybe some information about the problem could help answer
when air is squashed
An air compressor is a machine that compresses air, so it must be able to compress air. If you want to buy an air compressor, you can go to VIDO's official website to check it out. vido's compressors are of high quality and are the choice of the public.
yes, it does
yes
yes, air will compress in any enclosed area
I could really use a fresh compress for my open wound.
no, spongebob is a sea sponge.
Yes, it is correct.
This is because condensation takes place after the compressor has compress the air in it.
All turbochargers compress air to increase the volumetric efficiency of an engine.
I am not sure what you mean. Do you mean air? Because in that case, gravity DOES act on air. Why is not all air on the floor you ask? Well that is because that would mean all the air would have to be compressed and when you try to compress a gas it pushes back (try squishing a balloon), and gravity is a rather weak force. It simply isn't powerful enough to compress air that much (it is compressed somewhat however, that's why there is less air 10 kilometers up for example). If Earth's gravity was stronger it could compress the air more. On Jupiter for example the air pressure is much much higher because Jupiter is much more massive.
