Customer service is one of the most positive experiences one could have. Positive customer service is in the eye of the beholder. Positive customer service at a restaurant is different from a Jewelry store. A smile and kind words is the best for anyone. Be positive and your customers will enjoy and come back! People skills are easy to learn ITS called manners. I live to work with the public even when they are not being positive. Sorry I couldn t help with just one experience.
