Answer: I don't know for a fact if German plastic surgeons produce smaller noses for their nose job patients. I don't know of anyone other than Michael Jackson, who's got a small nose as a result of a nose job. The city I live in, in Canada, half the people are German, and many of them have cute little noses, in my opinion. When I had a nose job in the 80's, I think there was only one plastic surgeon in the city I live in. I'm not sure, but I think he's Polish or Jewish. The result of my nose job is, my nose looks as big as his! Is it possible he kept my nose big to preserve some appearance of my race, because he's proud of the appearance of his own race? I've been told I'm Jewish, but I'm not convinced I'm Jewish. Before my nose job, my nose looked like Peter Sellers, the deceased comedy movie star, and Barry Manilow, the pop star from the 70's. Now my nose looks like Wayne Gretzky or Prince Charles. If I ever inquire about getting another nose job, I think I'll try to find a German plastic surgeon. I know Neo-Nazis hate my big nose. Maybe German plastic surgeons hate big noses too, and would like to make my nose cute and small. Then again, there's so much racism I'd be afraid to trust my life to a German who may be a secret racist and might kill me and make it look like an accident. Although I've never heard of anyone dying from a nose job. But I have to trust someone.
