Afrcian people evolved in location with a warm climate so they did not need as large a brain for survival. They have larger sex organs and they are sexually mature at an earlier age than whites or asians. Cold winters of Europe or Asia caused people to develop the ability to start and control fires, and plan ahead by storing food. By contrast, in Africa food is readily available most of the year so they did not need complex thinking skills for survival. Blacks put less energy into parenting. This is seen in all african-derived populations where two parent families are rarely the norm. In a cold climate, people needed to put more planning, consideration and energy into raising a child because if they did not, the baby could easily freeze to death.

The results are quite obvious: Europeans discovered the Periodic Table of elements and developed complex symphonic music. Despite being located there for millennia, africans developed almost no technology or complex societies. This is not to say one race is better than any other but it is important to see that human racial differences exist for a reason.

Many people don't know what race actually is. Race is based off of Physical Bone Structure (and genetics) not just skin tone and how somebody appears to look like on the outside.

Africoids
Mongoloids
Australoids
Khoisians
Caucasoids

These are the 5 races of the world and all these groups have different bone structure from each other.

For more info please search the internet, search term: "different types of man skull structure"

Why do liberals have fewer brain cells than conservatives?

That statement is not accurate or supported by any research. Political beliefs are complex and cannot be attributed to the number of brain cells. It is important to approach political differences with respect and understanding.

Do you ever recover from drugs?

It depends on what you mean by drugs and the type of damage they do. I know that if your brain cells are killed, they will never come back. That's why sometimes people who are drug addicts seem to process slower: they have fewer neuron connections.

Is there any special cells in the brain?

The brain is made up of two basic kinds of cells: neurons and glial cells. The human brain has about 100 billion neurons, according to some estimates (recent scientific experiments are now saying there may be fewer than that); the neurons are said to be assisted by trillions of glia, although again, recent scientific evidence indicates there may be fewer than once thought. But it remains a fact that neurons and glia depend on each other so that the brain will function properly. Neurons are the cells that relay messages about thinking, feeling, and doing. Glial cells perform a variety of brain functions: some make sure that electrical signals speed along the axon (a thin fiber with numerous branches that lead to distant parts of the body), others protect the neurons by defending against bacteria and viruses. Thus, while neurons often are better known, without the glia, the neurons would not work properly.
