As long as you connect the jumper cables correctly and remove them as soon as the car with the dead battery starts, you will do no harm. Remember connect the positive cables first and the negative last. Disconnect negative first and positive last.
nope. you might have to clean the terminals to the battery with a wire brush, but it doesn't hurt the car at all.
It should come back after running the engine if the battery is good.
Damage to property and if they are in the car then you would get Assult/ and or battery of 1st degree.
The car boosting should run for ten minutes or so. The car with the dead battery will need to be charged for 8 hrs with a battery charger, but as long as the battery is good a 1hr run will likely allow the car to start again.
no
if you boost charge a battery you should discinnect it from the car. if not you may burn out the alternator
i assume on this that you are trying to start car, and just getting clicking sounds even when boosting with a battery charger. if this is correct, then you need to replace starter motor
most cars with key less entry have a key some where in the alarm its self that key can get you into the car but not turn on the car. to be able to turn on the car you would have to put a new battery in it. With this key you be able to at least gain entry.

The answer could possibly be that you're a retard. If the vehicle is off and a light is still on, the light will require ELECTRICITY! For the love of God, your battery is fine BUT IT WONT BE IF YOU KEEP KILLING IT AND BOOSTING IT! I suggest taking the car in to someone who knows what they're talking about. You'd probably be better off getting rid of the car, as neons suck a lot of dick.
car insurance
