Best Answer

Yes, but only in very specific places, typically the mountains. The most common areas for snowfall in the Middle East are the Golan Heights (both under Israeli Occupation and in Syria proper), northern Lebanon, most of the Black Sea Coast of Turkey (if you consider that part of the Middle East), and the Zagros and Alborz Mountains of Iran.

It can and it does!

Along the Mediterranean - specifically Lebanon and Israel - it does snow a bit every year or so.

It also snows in north, west, north east, north west and even some central parts of Iran.

In January 2008 it snowed in Baghdad, Iraq, for the first time in living memory.

Of course it does! Aong the Mediterranean. It snows in the Anti-Lebanon Mountains, the coast of Israel, and it snows every year in the Syrian capital of Damascus.
