No. Running is an endurance activity and won't build much muscle. The only runners that might be a bit chunky are sprinters, but they do a lot of weight training.
Walking, jogging, running, cycling, swimming
If you choose to pick running up as an exercise, it could greatly help your legs out by losing fat there and gaining more muscle.
Running can help in losing thigh fat by burning calories and promoting overall weight loss, which can lead to a reduction in fat in the thighs. However, spot reduction is not possible, so running alone may not specifically target thigh fat loss.
fat thighs, no. but keep in mind fat and bone isn't the same. to some people my thighs are bigger, that's because I'm medium boned. to some people their thighs are bigger than mind. their larger boned. its not always fat, and actually can just be bone
no but we can imagine her fat thighs
You can make your thighs and legs skinner without gaining any muscle by running long distance
No, if you work the muscles in your thighs it wont make your but smaller, but if you are burning calories and losing fat of course it will get a little smaller.
Cardio is always a good starting point. Running or swimming are always good options. Lunges, squats, and deadlifts are good solid exercises that will turn fat into muscle.
What you asking is if you can spot reduce fat, which you technically can't. You basically have to loose fat over your entire body, which includes thighs and calves, through diet and exercise (Cardio workouts, biking, running, swimming). However you can exercise thighs and calves so they are more toned which which tighten up flabby loose muscle underneath the fat layer. Exercises to tone thights: lunges, squats, donkey kicks, ect. Exercises to tone calves: running and jump rope or anything else that you do on the balls of your feet.
Thighs are where large muscles are, but they are also where many people (especially women) store fat in their bodies.
I think because, you have to burn then in different ways EX: push ups is for abes; running is for legs.
Don't eat as many sweets because all of the fat goes to your thighs.
