E 320 you found 3 O rings in the box when you bought the oil filter wix is the brand last time you did not use any o ring washers should you be concerned there is no instruction in the box?

The filter is made for more than one application, the old filter had to have some kind of seal on it or the oil would have leaked out. Match one of the new o rings up to the old one and use it on the new filter. Buy oem parts next time and you wont have this problem.
