Everytime I go in a hot tub or swimming pool it feels like I have the flu the next day I get a fever I sweat yet I feel freezing my body aches can't get out of bed for a whole day what is up?

Did you drink alcohol before you got in? That will do it right there. If it's not that then the water is probably infected with feces, urine and bacterium which could also cause you to get sick.
Also, the water could be too hot or you are in the hot tub/spa too long. Max temp should be 104 degrees. Females: are you pregnant. Not a good idea to be in the spa. Get a physical. There could be other problems with your system. Inhaling the vapors generated by the heated spa will make you sick if in fact the water is an unsanitary, cloudy, uncirculated swamp. The water should sparkle and be crystal clear. Any form of cloudy water is unsafe to be in. People have become very sick from fairly well maintained spas and there are several ailments that can be permanent that you can contract from those spa where the chlorine levels are not maintained.
