Found thermostat on 1989 Mercury Tracer seems there is a pipe or tube directly in front of the lower thermostat housing bolt how do I get to that bolt to remove it?

Two bolts hold the housing to the engine, remove those and pop it off to get to the thermostat.The bottom bolt is a real pain to get to, I foung that an offset boxend wrench works the best. Just remember to get a new gasket when its time to put it back together.
