1. Blend the apricots, minus the seeds of course. 2. If drinking right away, then add sparkling water, otherwise just add water. 3. If too tart, add superfine sugar (so it dissolves quickly in the blend) or go to the trouble of making a sugar syrup. 4. Refrigerate for a number of hours, and enjoy!
