through personal expeirience i used to weigh 20 stone and all i did was changed my diet to 1 meal a day break that 1 meal down to 3 individual portions so you can have it 3 times a day stay away from fatty and suggary foods and you will be laughing i now weigh 14 st and still going wish i had pictures to sare with you i lost all this weight in 9 months hope this helps!!
