The wiring for Geo imports for 1989 model years and up is as follows.
Black: Left rear pos.
Red: Right rear pos.
White w/ green stripe: Ground return from dimmer.
Grey: + 12v ACC.
Pink: Left front pos.
Bright green: Right front pos.
Yellow: Left rear neg.
White: Right rear neg.
Brown: Ground
Green: Illumination
Blue w/ white stripe: +12v const.
Purple: Left front neg.
Blue: Right front neg.

The 1991 Geo Metro EGR valve can be located on the air cleaner housing. The valve will be on the back of the housing.

If its from 85 then its NOT a geo metro engine. It is probably a Chevrolet Sprint engine because they only started making Geos in 88. If you need an engine for your 95 Geo then you could use one of the following: 1991 - 1995 Geo Metro engine. 1991 - 1995 Suzuki Swift Engine, and 1991 - 1995 Pontiac FireFly engine. Yes, the 1991 Metro was carburated. Metro's were carburated from 1988 - mid 1992. Some metros had fuel injection but those are rare nowadays.
