remove the surrounding bezel and under dash panel remove the two big bolts that hold the steering column up let the column rest on the seat remove upper and lower screws that hold the gauge cluster in then pull er out and disconnect all the plugs in the back and the bulbs plug into the back of the cluster ya cant miss em it's easier than it sounds

I have a 99 blazer with the same problem. If i move the light dimmer dial from side to side it will stop. You can change the switch or from time to time wiggle the switch.
