It is a green S that appears on the dash of a 1991 Honda Accord, not a green F. The S is an indicator light that means there is an electrical problem with the car.

To locate the dash lights fuse on a 1999 Honda Accord to find out if it is causing the dash lights do not work when you have the parking lights on after installing an after-market radio, check the owner's manual. You can also find a fuse diagram at most auto part stores.

It has only one flasher relay that controls both turn signals and hazard lights. It is located drivers side, under dash, above fuse block, mounted on kick panel.
