Disconnect the battery cables and then unplug any wires underneath the seat and there are 4 nuts on studs that hold the seat in, take the nuts off the studs and pull the seat out.

Move the seat all the way forward, remove the 2 bolts on back of the rails, remove the side trim cover, remove the seat belt retaining bolt, tilt seat, disconnect wiring, remove seat. (See Haynes Repair Manual # 24047).....

First you should move the seat completely forward. Then, remove the side trim, the bolt that holds the seat belt in place, and the rear bolts. Finally, lift seat, disconnect the wires and remove the seat from vehicle.
do you mean WHERE is the battery? it is located under the back seat on the passanger side. you have to remove the backseat to access it.
Remove lower seat bottom. Remove two bolts from bottom of seat back. Lift seat back off of its hooks. Remove from car. Use Philips screwdriver to remove 4 screws holding speaker grille to seat back frame.
You need to remove the 4 or 8 bolts that hold the track to the floor. Then you can remove the seat. But you must unclip the wires for the motor first before removing it so you do not damage them.
