Yes, it is situated above the clutch pedal inside the car. You will have to remove the panel above the pedals to access it.

the master cylinder is on top of the clutch pedal, you will need to remove cover above pedals, and you will see the reservoir cap, its not easy to get to or to take off.
To bleed the clutch of a Rover 75, first remove the interior panels on the steering column. Second, remove the master cylinder and use a syringe to inject the fluid into the system and repeat 4 times to bleed the clutch.
If no signs of leakage at slave operating cylinder,then check clutch master cylinder for leakage,and look at clutch pedal and see if you see any clutch fliud as rod comes thru firewall.follow all lines.
They're all like that, especially the Diesel. It's not bad when new but gets worse as the clutch wears. If it judders as well it may be contaminated or the dual-mass flywheel may be on the way out (the petrol engine has one - not just the diesel)
