This information can be found in your owner's manual. Don't have one, get one. Dealer or salvage yard is a source.
There is a bleeder nipple/valve on the passenger side of the engine compartment, right on the thermostat housing (looks just like a brake bleeder nipple. Between the Throttlebody and the EGR valve. Hope this helps!
Answer
The service manual might be a better place to look for this type of information, rather than the owner's manual. Either of these manuals can be found on eBay for far less than they can be had from either the dealer or a salvage yard.
Bleed valve is located on top of thermostat housing.
With an evacuation pump; adequate hand operated models are available at the parts store.
It is cooling the engine off. Your Honda may be running slightly hot. I suggest you service the cooling system. Drain, flush, replace the thermostat, install a 50/50 mix of antifreeze & distilled water, bleed air from system.
The cooling system is bled using the bleeder screw found on the thermostat housing. To find the thermostat housing on a 1998 Honda Civic follow the lower radiator hose to its outlet. While the cooling system is running loosen the bleed valve. When bubbles stop coming out the system has been bled.

how do you bleed a diesel peugeot cooling system
You're simply going to have to have it removed and replace it. That nipple is at the lowest point in the system and there is no other way to drain it unless you have the system power flushed.
There is no reason to ever bleed a cooling system.
right at the end of the top radiator hose near the engine
Any time you flush out the cooling system you need to bleed the cooling system.
How do you bleed the cooling system of a 1988 acura legend? Is there a bleeding screw and where is it located?
You should not need to "bleed" it. The cooling system water pump circulates the coolant throughout the entire cooling system (including the cabin heater) and during the process any air in the system should migrate to the overflow tube and be exhauasted into the fluid overflow reservoir.
