Spray with penetrating oil and beat on it from the rear with a hammer
Just use a crescent for the pan & the oil filter wrench is adjustable if to tight to spin by hand. A belt or other strap will work too to break it loose.
my 95 integra has a problem with the brake light located on the hatchback. I haven'y figured out what is causing it , but I have located it and it appears that something is loose inside that brake. Should figure it out here soon.
If it is making a lot of grinding and popping noises then it needs to be replaced. If you don't you will be going down the road and the joint will seize then break. This will most likely cause the wheel to separate (break) from the rest of the car and you will loose control. This is really a serious issue for you, your passengers, and those around you. Good luck. Brad.
FFirst remove interior rear panel to gain access to the retaining bolts then unbolt the taillight after all retaining bolts are removed wiggle the tail light loose and that's it
my best opinion is the timing belt has become loose after re doing the timing so many times. this means a new timing belt is needed
Nevermind,it was threaded on.I had to get a special wrench set that went over the nuts on the pulley to hold it secure.I then had a separate wrench to break loose the nut.The nut was seized on pretty tight it took me and my father-n-law to break it loose.
To remove a seized speed sensor, pry it loose with a thin screwdriver and gently rock it back and forth while pulling with steady pressure.
your distributer cap is probably loose. so u need to have some one try to start it while you rotate it. basically need to time it. i tryed that
Depends how bad its seized. Sometimes you can try to spin the crankshaft and knock it loose. If that works, it should still be torn down to check for cylinder damage. If it seized in the first place, there is internal damage somewhere.
A coolant leak or the engine is overheating. Stop driving this car until you get this repaired. A pinhole in a hose, loose clamp, something like oil or anti freeze spilled on manifold. Possible but unlikely would be condensatition. Does it only happen when the car is fully warmed up?
spread
Worn, loose, or dry rotted. They just break with age.
