Assuming you already know about safety procedures and have a basic skill set:

1) Remove left front wheel

2) Remove the plastic cover on the front side of the wheel well- 3 plastic screws and a round press in connector.

3) The outermost belt is the Power Steering belt. Loosen the nut on the top mounting bolt (14mm) on the power steering pump. Look way down on the other side of the pump and you'll see the clamp down bolt (12mm) for the pump. There is a curved slot the bolt passes through. Loosen the bolt and push the pump towards the firewall. Remove the belt.

4) The middle belt is the AC belt. Between the crank pulley and the AC compressor pulley there is a tensioner pulley. Reach up from underneath with a 14mm wrench and loosen the bolt in the middle of the pulley. If you look closely, you'll see a bolt that runs through the bracket holding the pulley.

From the top, locate the head of the pulley adjuster bolt. It's hidden way down in a small square opening near the top left side of the timing belt cover. Use extensions and a 10mm socket to loosen the bolt until you can remove the belt.

5) Loosen lower alternator mounting nut- 14mm. Loosen upper clamp down bolt on the alternator bracket (12mm?). It runs through the curved slot in the bracket used for adjusting the belt.

Assemble in the reverse order and adjust the belt tensions. The power steering pump has a square indent for a 1/2" breaker bar or ratchet. Use this to apply the needed tension.

Replace all your belts at the same time. Buy your belts from the Honda dealer. The aftermarket belts I got were almost too long.
