The blower motor is behind the glove box. Loosen two screws under box,lift gently up and remove, Heater resitor pack is located on top of motor connected with one screw(philips head). I hope this helps

If power is getting to blower: Check for ground Hot wire motor to see if it works--if not replace blower Check the thermal resistors in the blower/fan assembly. Better buy them at your Honda dealer. Its not that expensive.
