open the plastic part up there is a battery inside find the right kind of battery, I got mine at radio shack for 11.00. Put the battery in, place plastic pieces back together. check to see if it works
Take it to a shop
check the battery and connections/cables
you remove the battery hold down brace and voala! its done!
check for a bad earth strap going t gearbox to battery
Faulty Ignition System. Dead battery. Dead Coil. Worn out Ignition "Wires" to Plugs. Corroded Battery Cable to Starter. Corrosion at Battery Terminals. Engine Ground Problem thereof eliminating complete Electrical Circuit. Blown Fuses or Relays. Faulty Ignition Switch. Hope one of these is it!! CHEERS!!
you have to go under the dash and take out the steering column. and the ignition switch should have a wire going down to the bottom of the column coming from the ignition lock.
the ignition actuator is broken, you can turn off the "battery power" by the the ignition actuator rod that leads to the ignition switch, it runs along the top of the steering column under the dash, locate it and pull it towards the steering wheel, this should shut off the power. or you can unhook you battery, but either way you will have to replace the actuator.
it's underneath the rotor in the distributor. you have to take the distributor out to change it.

have starter motor checked. ford starters will run a battery down when swithed off if they are worn out.also check ignition switch Check the fuel pump relay. It may be sticking.
