You don't change a fuel system, you find which components in it are causing the problem and change them. There are dozens.
Buy a shop manual on your car. It will contain a troubleshooting section which will help you diagnose which components are causing your problem.
My suggestion: if you are a novice (which your question suggests) the fuel system is not a good place to start your training.
