the alternator serves as the tensioner in atleast the 2.0 engine. I had to replace my belt recently, it wasn't a very complicated matter. Loosen the lower alternator mounting bolt. Then take off the nut on the top left of the alternator. Finally loosen the bolt on the top of the alternator, (it faces you). You can then remove the bolt that runs through the alternator. This will allow you to remove the old belt and replace it.
The idle speed is computer controlled and is not adjustable.
The idle speed is computer controlled and is not adjustable. If the speed is incorrect, there is a malfunction with the idle speed motor, a sensor, or wiring.
you need to replace the input and output speed sensors. same thing happened to my 99 breeze. cost about 20 dollars for each sensor.
There isn't an overdrive sensor. There are pressure switches, a temp sensor, solenoids, and speed sensors. There isn't an overdrive sensor. There are pressure switches, a temp sensor, solenoids, and speed sensors.
There should be a smaller plastic box behind the fuse box in the engine compartment. There you will find the high speed fan relay as well as the low speed fan relay.Good Luck
Top speed of the Yamaha Breeze ATV is 40-50 mph.
A "breeze" is a gentle wind.According to the Beaufort scale, there are 5 types of breeze:Beaufort 2 - Light breeze, wind speed 5.6-11 km/hBeaufort 3 - Gentle breeze, wind speed 12-19 km/hBeaufort 4 - Moderate breeze, wind speed 20-28 km/hBeaufort 5 - Fresh breeze, wind speed 29-38 km/hBeaufort 6 - Strong breeze, wind speed 39-49 km/h

yes .. Change filter, then try output and input transmission speed sensors.
Have electronic vehicle speed sensor in transmission checked out. It will cause loss of speedometer function and set a fault code(check engine light).
My question to you is why? ABS works and is a great safety feature. If you REALLY want to.. unplug one of the wheel speed sensors. This will also disable your electronic traction control. Can't have one without the other.
It is one of three things.... 1. output speed sensor-$14.00 2. input speed sensor-$17.00 3.transmission control module- $175.00 I have one too, and it was doing the same thing. It took a while for me to figure it out.
