Actually, you should have the system checked by a qualified Technician. The intrepid uses a pressure transducer that means the charge must be correct for it to basically work at all. Properly done, the system must be recovered (remove any remaining refrigerant) , pulled into a vacuum for 30 minutes (to remove any moisture), and charged to the correct amount (by weight per the manufacturers specification).
It does not have a cabin air filter if that is what you are looking for.
