This is a lot of work, are you sure you want to go here? There is no easy way to do this, and there are several Subaru manual transmissions with different features, you are not being specific enough. The easiest: Find a AWD manual donor car, a 1990-1995 Legacy. From this car you will need: Transmission, clutch, flywheel, starter, rear end, driveshaft, front axles, shifter assembly, pedal box (interior), clutch cable/master (depending what the donor car has). Remove all of the above from your car and install all "new" stuff, hooking the neutral start switch wire from the automatic to the switch on the clutch pedal. At the end of the day it would probably be easier to put your Turbo motor in a standard shift car, or just replace a faulty automatic transmission with the same.
