you will need flour,Italian breadcrumbs,eggs,black pepper,mushrooms,onions optional, motzerrella cheese,speggehti or Pizza sauce,panni buns,or what ever type you perfer,olive oil w little splash of butter,
place veal into the flour, do both sides,then in the bowl with lightly scrambled eggs, then into the Italian breadcrumbs,place in fridge for 5 to 10 min,pour your olive oil in your skillet/frying pan,add a touch of butter,heat oil to medium/low once oil is hot,then gently place veal ,cook until golden brown on both sides only turning once,mean while shred cheese,wash and cut mushrooms an onions,(I enjoy mushrooms only)preheat oven on broil and then transfer veal onto a shallow pan/cookie-sheet)spread some sauce on your veal and generously add the cheese place in oven remove when cheese is melted/golden top with a healthy amount of the cooked mushrooms, put veal on bun (I broil the top of my bun with garlic butter and broil with the veal)slice in half and serve! ENJOY!
