if there is no drain plug on radiator, just disconnect bottom rdiator hose at radiator
drain radiator and refill according to percentage in manufacturers handbook. just drain half of it and top up with water,to much antifrezze will quickly corride internal parts of the engine,
to low on antifrezze, or air cond. compressor locked or locking-up, to low on water& antifrezze mix in ratiator, or fan clutch out, fan belt slipping, try the antifrezze amount mixed first and make sure the fluid is circulating good ,if not water pump or stuck thermostat
You don't and shouldn't use antifreeze on your windshield. They make special windshield fluid to clean the glass. Antifreeze belongs in your radiator.
